Darla J. Lindauer- Darla is the General Manager of the Evansville location. She has extensive experience in the searching, closing and examining phases of the title industry. Darla worked as a paralegal for a local Real Estate attorney for 6 years before joining the staff at Evansville. Darla has been with Evansville Titles for 19 years. Darla has a B.S. in Legal Administration from the University of Evansville.
Donna J. Smith- Donna is the office manager in charge of production staff, limited human resources and payroll responsibilities. Donna began with Evansville Titles 23 years ago as a delivery person, then to receptionist, to order entry and title insurance production before her present position as office manager. Donna has a B.S. degree from Indiana State University.
Christa D. Kingsbury- Christa is the closing manager for both Residential and Commercial closings. Christa oversees daily operations for the escrow department, facilitates commercial and residential closing transactions. Christa also assists in 1031 Like-Kind Exchanges and Relocation acquisitions. Christa is the direct office support for clients. Christa has been with the company for 11 years, and is a graduate of University of Southern Indiana with a B.S. in Political Science.
Kelly D. Alexander- Kelly is the Customer Service Representative for Evansville Titles. Her position involves the publicity needs of the company as well as the public relations side with existing clients and bringing in new clients. Her prior experience was as a realtor's assistant and later becoming a realtor for 3 years with a prominent company in Evansville.
